I was born and raised in the Spring Green, Wisconsin, area. I’m an avid reader and love to write and teach self-help, personal growth and development, empowerment, and entrepreneurial books for women with breast cancer. Learn more about my published PinkRising books here.
My cancer diagnoses include:
- 2015 Stage IIIA Breast Cancer Triple+
- 2020 Stage IIIC Breast Cancer Triple+
- 2020 Renal Cell Carcinoma
- 2024 Stage IV Breast Cancer ER/PR+ HER2 Low Lung Mets
- 2025 Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma (rare aggressive cancer)
In addition to sharing my cancer experience, I utilize those 30+ years of learning, teaching, and writing outlined above to help teach and coach women with breast cancer to rise up and create and live a life they love…with zero regrets.
When I’m not helping other women, or recovering from chemotherapy, I can usually be found hanging out with my family or curled up with my dogs (Herbie, Daisy, and Sweet Pea) reading or writing.
P.S. As a hobby, I also write psychological thrillers with a touch of horror thrown in. It’s a great way to release my anger and frustration regarding terminal cancer.
